Teamfight Tactics Little Legends Illustration & Style Guide 2020
Teamfight Tactics (TFT) is an autobattler by Riot Games. It is currently only playable through the League of Legends client as a game mode. TFT is an 8-player free-for-all drafting tactics game in which the player recruits powerful champions, deploys them, and battles to become the last player standing. Little Legends are the avatars of the player in the Teamfight Tactics game mode.
I was approached by the team in-charge of Little Legends to illustrate vectors for TFT Little Legends. I was ecstatic to take on the big challenge of simplifying their 3D characters into simple and chibified vector art. I illustrated the first 7 Little Legends: Featherknight a.k.a Pengu, Furyhorn, Hushtail, Molediver, Paddlemar, Protector and Silverwing. On top of that, I illustrated their accompanying elements as a design assets for merchandise creations. After I finished all 7 along with their iconic elements, I was also tasked to create a Seasonal Merch Guide featuring all 7 Little Legends. This Merch Guide will serve as guidelines for Licensees on usage and applications of assets.
I am so proud that the products are now available to purchase here. Gigantic thank yous to Michelle, Bridget and their team for guiding me and trusting me to create these illustration and eventually the guide. This project was a blast.

These are pages of vector illustration I’ve created for the existing Little Legends character. We wanted to illustrate their signature poses to help build a cohesive picture for licensing teams to create a variety of merchandise. I’ve also done extensive production work for this guide from setting their PMS build along with different layers of assets within the .ai files. - Line Art, PMS, CMYK.
