Store Policy


Due to Covid-19, I can’t guarantee timing on all the shipments. If you prefer to be able to track your items, please choose trackable shipping option.


Disclaimer: I am a one woman shop and very much appreciate you supporting my small business. Please know that I will always try to respond within 48 hours and ship your orders in a timely manner.

All prices in my shop are in USD. International buyers are responsible for any custom duties/taxes that may be due in your countries.

All stocked items ship within 3-4 business days*. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. If a holiday falls on a Monday, it will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

All handmade/pre-order items will ship after indicated (on listing) time to print/produce and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final. If an error was made with the mailing address or name, please contact me (jane@jovietajanecreative.studio) within 24 hours because I always try to pack orders as soon as they are received. Customers are responsible for new shipping fees if re-shipment is needed. 

Lost or Stolen Mail. 
I'm not responsible lost or stolen mail. If your order includes tracking and you believe your mail is lost, please contact me (jane@jovietajanecreative.studio) and a USPS claim will be filed on your behalf. 

If an order is returned to me due to customer error (incorrect name, address, or package refusal), then the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees. If the order is returned to us due to USPS error, a one-time re-shipment will be made free of charge. 
Orders mailed under Flat Fee Shipping do not have tracking. Contact us if you don't receive your order after 14 days/Domestic or 30 days/International from the marked as shipped date.

I received a notification that my order was cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to insufficient inventory, invalid use of promotional codes, or other reasons. You will receive a full refund including shipping charges for any orders cancelled by me.

My order arrived with damage.
All orders are packed with care to be able to handle any distress that may occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact me (jane@jovietajanecreative.studio) within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include documentation of damaged products and packaging.

I receive the wrong item.
My apologies!
I will do my best to ensure you have the right products. If I made a mistake, contact me (jane@jovietajanecreative.studio) within 3 days of receiving your order.

Why do the colors of my item(s) appear slightly different from the pictures shown online?
Colors may vary slightly between online photos and physical product due to different screen settings across multiple viewing devices.

Can I resell your products?
No, all products are for personal use only. Reselling of any kind (including repurposing/adapting) is not permitted. Please contact me (jane@jovietajanecreative.studio) for wholesale inquiries.

Can I share my digitally downloaded purchases with multiple people?
No, digital purchases are only for personal use or as a gift.
