Flash Tattoo Request

Thank You so much for your interest in my work. Please read the following information before you submit the form. To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years of age.

At this time I will not be taking on any projects involving coverups or continuing on existing pieces. Requests of artwork on hands, faces and feet are not accepted.

Once you selected flash design you are interested in, you will receive a Square invoice via email to place a $100+tax non-refundable deposit, an email from me with instructions on appointment scheduling, and a quote for the total cost of your tattoo. If any questions should arise on your design, I will contact you via email.

Please note which flash you are interested in along with a photo of your desired placement on your body by submitting a screenshot and photos of your placement.

Rates
My flash tattoos are flat rate based on the project, size and placement (on your body).

Deposit
$100+tax deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. No appointments are finalized until a deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final session of the tattoo. You have 3 days to pay the deposit. If you don't pay the invoice before it is due, the system will automatically cancel the appointment.

You must notify me 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment or show up over 30 minutes late you are forfeiting your deposit. I will notify you if I need to reschedule your appointment.
